The Maine Clammers Association is a non-profit organization.
The MCA prides itself on its ties to the community, and its focus on ensuring Maine's fishing industry has a future for many generations to come. The MCA advocates for clammers throughout Maine, fighting to make sure that the regulations and laws that are pushed through are backed by science and research. We work with many organizations throughout Maine so the species that are being threatened today by climate change and invasive predators will still be around to harvest.
The MCA also proudly gives back to Maine's communities, helping those in need who are struggling, and donating Christmas gifts to families through our annual Santa Fund.
We are grateful to those who have shown their generosity, so that we can continue serving our community, and protecting one of Maine's best resources.
